INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
It is planned to solve the infrastructure of the Project site separately. The energy, water and heat supply, as well as garbage and sewerage system are planned to be solved as follows.
ELECTRICITY
SUPPLY
Electricity needs for the production are obtained from a centralized system through its own substation.
CONTROL CAMERA
Equipped with cameras that operates continually by 24/7.
HEAT
SUPPLY
It is planned to install a steam boiler of DZL model with a capacity of 1.2 MWt to heat the production building.
The steam boiler is planned to be operated by Alag Tolgoi coal and it will use and burn 0.5 tons of coal per day during working peak load.
As we have calculated the wastes from the steam boiler according to the “Methodology for Air Pollutant Waste Inventory”, which was issued by the Ministry of Nature and Tourism in 2019, about 4635 kg of wastes will be exhausted from the steam boiler per year.
WATER
SUPPLY
The “Livestock Processing and Meat Products Processing Plant” of the “KHIIMORI SUKHBAATAR MEAT IMPEX” LLC, which is located in the territory of Baruun-Urt Soum, Sukhbaatar Province, has been supplying its water consumption from the deep well, drilled in 170m. Water reservoir with a capacity of 60 tons has been installed in the production area and the Company established a Service Contract with the Local-owned enterprise “Durvulj” to purchase 20.0 tons of water for its production per day three times in a week.
WASTES
During the implementation of the Project, the issues related to the waste disposal, will be resolved according to the “Waste Transportation and Removal Agreement”, which will be made with the Administration of Baruun-Urt Soum of the Sukhbaatar Province and according to the Law of Mongolia “On Wastes”.

WASTEWATER
SOLUTIONS
Liquid wastes, which will be exhausted during implementing the Project, are:

The “Khiimori Sukhbaatar Meat Impex” LLC has planned to install a complex system for wastewater treatment, which has a capacity to clean 10.0 cubic meter of production wastewater and 50.0 cubic meter of domestic wastewater, produced by the “Khaanzaa” Co.,Ltd of the Czech Republic.
